Roots & Shoots Summer Picnic

Sunday, August 8th

The summer picnic is a great Roots & Shoots event! The Roots & Shoots summer picnic is a separate event from the DSAC Picnic for the newest families to get to know one another.

Parents whose children with Down syndrome from birth through 3 years of age mark your calendars! Held at the Dilworth Latta Park the children can enjoy themselves in the spray ground (little water play ground), in the park, or on the playing fields. Remember to bring your swimsuits, towels, sunscreen and maybe pj’s to ride home in since our little ones usually fall asleep on the way home!
